All classes require auditions or placement assessments which can be found on our Missions. It can also be scheduled via e-mail or phone call.
After school program: Season Starts in September and ends in June with classes for all ages and levels.
Ballet Division – 1 Level: Pre-Ballet 1, 2 and 3
The classes are specially constructed for children ages 3 to 5 years old, with weekday and weekend options. The classes meet at least once per week.
The Pre-Ballet division includes, Pre-Ballet 1, Pre-Ballet 2 and Pre-Ballet 3. Students will have an exam in June with a panel of Ballet Experts where parents and friends are welcome to watch and follow the progress of their children. Students will participate in a post-exam recital.
Ballet Division – 2 Levels: Ballet 1, Ballet 2 and Ballet 3
The student will start with one-hour classes once a week ages 5 to 7 years old with focused training. Emphasis is placed on the enjoyment of dance within the discipline of classical ballet training. The Pre-Ballet division includes, Pre-Ballet 1, Pre-Ballet 2 and Pre-Ballet 3. 75 Minutes. Students will have an Exam in June with a panel of Ballet Experts where the parents and friends are welcome to watch and follow the progress of their children. Students will participate in a post-exam recital.
Ballet Division – 3 Level: Ballerina and Boy
The division is a program designed for students 7 to 9 years old. This program provides training with a minimum of twice a week necessary to build a strong basic technique and provides a healthy development for bone structure. The Pre-Ballet division includes, Pre-Ballet 1, Pre-Ballet 2 and Pre-Ballet 3. Students will have an Exam in June with a panel of Ballet Experts where the parents and friends are welcome to watch and follow the
progress of their children. Students will participate in a post-exam recital.
Ballet Division – 4 Level Pre-Pro Espoir 1, 2 and 3
Students from 9 to 11 years old will be expected to participate a minimum of 3 classes a week in order to be considered to start Pointe. The teacher will decide whether the student is ready or not. Emphasis is placed on the strength, commitment, and focus of the student. Development of balance, strength, and confidence to do more. Students will have an Exam in June with a panel of Ballet Experts where the parents and friends are welcome to watch and follow the progress of their children. Students will participate in a post-exam recital.
Ballet Division – 5 Level Pre-Pro 1, 2 and 3
The student will be 12 and older. The pre-professional division is a program designed for high school students and graduates. This program provides the training necessary to succeed in the professional dance world. Students will have an Exam in June with a panel of Ballet Experts where the parents and friends
are welcome to watch and follow the progress of their children. Students will participate in a post-exam recital.
Adult Ballet
Classes for this year are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:30p.m. Adults are also able to participate in the Company Class open division from Monday to Friday from 10:00-11:00a.m. For rates and information on class cards, please call ASB. Class is available upon request.
Discounts and Incentives
Students whose tuition is paid in two installments or full year will receive a 5% discount. Students whose tuition for the entire year is paid in full at registration will receive a 5% discount at registration
Scholarships
Scholarships are available and based on the Family Tax income
Adults Ballet
It’s never too late! Start enjoying ballet from $22 per class or with a $90 prepaid class card which gives you our 5 class discounted rate with the duration of one month.
Also available a 10 Classes Card for $200 with a duration of 2 months.
The annual registration fee is $55 per student for the first year.For each new student that registers at ASB that is referred by a current student, $50 will be credited towards your next month's tuition. In order for the offer to be valid, both students must remain enrolled through the remainder of the sessions. Ask for the ASB referral form at the front desk.The payment is due every first of the month and a late fee of $20 for will be automatically charged for late payment every week. Performance fee is not included in the monthly fees.
